It has been a special season in a long journey — on Wednesday, March 6th, FoundCare broke ground on the Riviera Beach Community Health Center located at 3501 Broadway. The new center is the cornerstone of the Riviera Beach Health Initiative, led by Lost Tree Foundation. This was a milestone event after several years of planning, community needs assessments, research and data analysis, and crucial local residents’ input. We are very close to completing our funding for this project which will be self-sustaining after our rollout plan is fully realized. The Center truly is a legacy project which will positively impact the health and wellbeing of our neighboring community for generations to come.
At our 2024 Celebration of Benefactors held on Thursday, March 21st, we were able to make a very special announcement thanks to the generosity of an anonymous Lost Tree donor:
A matching gift of $700,000 for the Riviera Beach Health Initiative is available until June 30th.
This match challenge will complete our funding for this extraordinary initiative. We thank each of you who has chosen to support this endeavor. For those who would still like to become a part of the cohort of Lost Tree supporters that has made all this possible, we welcome your contribution at this final stage.
