Jillian C. Vukusich, CAP®
Executive Director
Jillian joined Lost Tree Foundation in 2015. Previously, she was the Executive Director of the Martin County Community Foundation where she led the organization through a period of growth and expansion. Prior to that, Jillian was the Vice President for Community Investment at the Community Foundation for Palm Beach and Martin Counties. She has served in a variety of capacities for philanthropic organizations such as the Council on Foundations, Philanthropy Southeast, Exponent Philanthropy and Florida Philanthropic Network. Jillian is a Chartered Advisor in Philanthropy®, holds degrees from American University and the University of South Florida and is an alumnus of the Hull Fellows Program.
Themis Quiros
Controller
Themis is responsible for the accounting operations of the Foundation. Her local work experience includes working for prominent organizations such as Town of Palm Beach United Way, United Way of Palm Beach County, Dreyfoos School of the Arts Foundation and the Rehabilitation Center for Children and Adults in Palm Beach, to name a few. Themis is a native of Puerto Rico. She graduated with a B. A. in accounting from University of Puerto Rico, Mayagüez Campus where she was Ms. ROTC Queen. Themis worked in finance for the Puerto Rico Telephone Company for many years before moving to the Palm Beach area in 1977.
Becca Werner
Community Engagement Manager
Becca joined the team at Lost Tree Foundation in September 2024 and serves as the Community Engagement Manager. Becca previously served on the development team at Palm Beach Zoo, managing corporate relations, planned giving, and foundation support. Before that, she was the Chief Operating Officer at Student ACES, Inc. During her time at Student ACES, Becca played a key role in a transformative project that renovated an old bank building into a vibrant afterschool center in Belle Glade. Becca holds a degree in Public Relations from the University of South Carolina. Born and raised in Palm Beach County, she is deeply committed to creating opportunities for all individuals in her community to succeed and lead fulfilling lives.
Alex Yanchura
Administrative Assistant
Alex was welcomed to the staff of Lost Tree Foundation in 2021 as an Administrative Assistant. Alex brings a wealth of experience from her years in the insurance industry. Alex worked at Gehring Insurance, Inc. where she excelled as a highly focused and detail-oriented Account Manager with an exceptional record of client service. Alex is a skilled communicator who manages simultaneous projects with high efficiency and accuracy. She has a degree in Organizational Management from Palm Beach Atlantic University.
